• Increase Lepaya's market share by generating and qualifying warm leads

• Identifying the needs and wishes of prospects and customers

• Identifying opportunities for Lepaya and developing them into concrete plans

• Increasing Lepaya's brand awareness

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in EdTech or HR

Other Requirements:

• Ability to manage pipelines for companies from 250 up to 2.5k FTE

• Familiar with the MEDDIC approach and experienced in using Salesforce

• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development by acquiring and closing new medium-sized business accounts

• Independently manage a portfolio of clients

• Build and nurture relationships with HR and L&D professionals

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients
