Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency
Benchmark calls on various performance parameters and work on a continuous improvement plan for making the operations more effective
Coordinate between different individuals and supervisors as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow
Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management
Work on improving and automating the end-to-end transaction call and process
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding and training of new customers, as well as go-live and post go-live support
