Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, ideally at a high-growth startup, with experience at the Series A stage or beyond.
Strong expertise in building complex financial models and creating insightful KPI dashboards.
Experience leading or supporting successful fundraising efforts, including Series B+ financing rounds.
Deep understanding of SaaS or AI/ML business models and metrics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.
Design, implement, and manage KPI dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance and key growth drivers.
Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning, ensuring seamless alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute fundraising strategies for future financing rounds.

Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within a distributed workforce.
