Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (for internships, Junior Software Engineer, etc.)
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success Manager roles with B2B or B2C SaaS experience and large enterprise customers, or 5+ years in a consulting role within HR and/or skills space (for Enterprise Customer Success Manager)
5+ years in software engineering and/or data science, 2+ years of direct people management experience (for Engineering Manager)
3+ years of professional experience in pre-sales activities and/or implementing SaaS solutions (for Pre-Sales Engineer)
4+ years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (for Product Marketing Manager)
4+ years of experience in a product role, experience building platform and/or API products (for Technical Product Manager)
Other Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch (for Enterprise Customer Success Manager)
Fluent in English (for all other roles)
Based in Belgium (for some roles)
