Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Sciences; or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development

• Experience in building scalable products with preferably big data in OTT/Video Streaming Industry

• Excellent coding skills in Python is a must, experience in spark

• Experience in either data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery etc.), relational databases, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker etc.) is mandatory

• Experience in kafka, stream/batch processing applications like storm, kstreams

Responsibilities:

• Be part of developing scalable, reliable and highly available production level data platforms, data pipelines to meet various business needs

• Should be able to design (high level / low level) software solutions for the new requirements

• Coding independently and also with other team members with proper software industry standard best practices

• Collaborate with data analysts/ product managers in understanding the data

• Mentoring junior developers, code reviews and deployments

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience ( data products or services)

• Strong software development skills focused on cloud-native development

• Python development experience required

• Cloud-native AI / ML SaaS development and deployment experience required

• Experience with Google Cloud (preferred), AWS or Azure (alternatively) required

Responsibilities:

• Developing and deploying AI /ML applications for Quickplay

• Creating AI /ML applications with a focus on algorithm implementation capable of seamless deployment and operation in a 24x7 environment

• Collaborating with product owners, data engineers and data scientists throughout the software delivery lifecycle on approaches and requirements

• Translating requirements into deployable and scalable code that can run without intervention under full automation using best practices and frameworks for ML Ops

• Work hand in hand with Data Scientists on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation to receive their guidance and provide feedback

Experience Requirements:

• Successfully manage large, complex media or telco accounts; a track record of great account strategy, relationships, and closing new deals independently ($10M+)

• Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and adapting to challenges without relying on a big brand, existing footprint, or supporting teams

• Ability to craft and execute strategic account plans independently, while handling all aspects of the customer journey

• Demonstrated success in handling high-impact, high-visibility deals while building trust and credibility with clients

Other Requirements:

• MUST: Have experience working in Tier 1 Media, Entertainment, Telco in the Philippines, industry in sales, account management or business development - whether internal or external as SI / ISV

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans within key accounts, including development of relationship maps and the management of senior level relationships

• Key deliverables include: Building and maintaining the organizational / relationship map, developing an annual account plan that may be updated from time to time based on new priorities for the client and QP, cross selling services / selling in new services to the client as we look to expand our footprint and achieve sales targets, drive Quarterly business reviews, building case studies to support broader opportunities for QP at other accounts / new sales, and be seen as a thought leader and thought partner to the client

• Collaborate with respective QP teams to achieve goals, importantly jointly work with Customer Success organization on managing and exceeding client expectations and satisfaction with QP product and services
