Principal Engineer
Ad-tech company maximizing ad revenue for publishers and advertisers using proprietary technology and premium inventory.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Principal Engineer or a similar role
3+ years managing and developing local and/or international teams
Adtech industry experience
Other Requirements:
Experience with Node.js (Express.js), MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GoLang, AWS
Ad Tech exposure with strong working knowledge of RTB along with Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs
Proven ability to articulate and execute product vision, strategy, planning, and development
A systems thinker with a quick mind and humble confidence
Passionate about design and creative problem-solving with interest in the AdTech industry
Entrepreneurial drive with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment while building scalable solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
A strong collaborator with the ability to partner closely with internal teams
