Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience Requirements:
3 + years of experience in customer marketing or account management preferably in a global Tech or B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated success in developing and managing customer reference and advocacy programs
Experience planning and executing customer events
Experience in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to support the upsell/cross-sell of products to an existing customer base
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
Responsibilities:
Define the annual customer marketing plan, objectives, and goals. Design and execute campaigns to increase customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with Customer Success to identify and address customer needs proactively
Track and report on the effectiveness of customer advocacy initiatives and monitor and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events, including annual summits, webinars, and user groups
