Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Associate/Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solution Engineer, or similar. Ideally, as a part of a SaaS organization

Other Requirements:

• Experience in growing SaaS business in APJ is critical given the unique nature of the APJ dynamic and ecosystem

• Ability to understand Contentful APIs, as well as the modern content management and digital experience stack

• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, with an ability to weave data analysis into storytelling

Responsibilities:

• Continue onboarding new customers and lead cross-functionally with sales and professional services to ensure value expectations are aligned and achieved from the beginning

• Understand and advise customers’ priorities with Contentful, capture and communicate KPIs and outcomes through a defined path to maturity and success

• Proactively monitor and engage customers to drive increased value from Contentful’s platform

• Build and own relationships across a full book of business and embody the trusted advisor role

• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall influence on customer health scores

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a learning or technology-related field

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience as a Solution Architect or other technical role, preferably in a customer- and/or partner-facing capacity

• At least 3 years experience working with Contentful, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, or other API-first composable content systems

Other Requirements:

• Understanding of major commerce and marketing technology platforms

• Proven experience with current web technologies (React or other JavaScript frameworks, REST and GraphQL APIs, CDNs, etc.)

• Experience working with content personalization, experimentation, and analytics tools

• You enjoy teaching others and creating learning content such as videos and knowledge base articles

Responsibilities:

• You will research how different Contentful users are leveraging our platform to identify learning outcomes and scope high-impact learning materials

• Work across GTM and CX orgs (Learning Services, Support, PS), to build enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, and certification programs

• You will own the end-to-end design, development, and release of new learning materials (self-paced courses, videos, simulations, documents, job aids, etc.) for the Contentful Learning Center

• You will design comprehension checks and assessment activities that accurately gauge learners’ ability to use Contentful software for real-world tasks

• You will measure and analyze the impact of learning materials and continuously maintain and update content to better support business and learning goals

Experience Requirements:

• Full Stack Development: Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js with a solid understanding of clean code practices and exposure to enterprise architectural design patterns.

• API and Service Design: Demonstrated experience in developing APIs and services capable of handling moderate traffic efficiently.

• Asynchronous Systems: Experience in building and maintaining asynchronous systems to support automation and bulk data processing.

• Containerization and Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, particularly in deploying microservices or simple AI models.

• Cloud Services Exposure: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience with services like AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure App Services is a plus.

• AI Integration: Implement and integrate AI technologies, such as generative AI, machine learning models, or NLP, to enhance our platform’s capabilities, optimize processes, and improve user experiences.

• Holistic Thinking: Think critically about the interactions between AI models and product components to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

• Rapid Problem-Solving: Quickly fix bugs and solve problems, particularly related to AI performance, model integration, or data pipeline issues, to enhance customer satisfaction.
