Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B) solution/value-selling experience

• Strong track record of success in generating new leads and cold-calling

• Fluency in business English & German (at least B2)

Responsibilities:

• Assess the market potential within DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and develop a sales strategy alongside AE to maximize DRUID’s revenue potential

• Proactively prospect new business opportunities within new accounts via cold calls, email, and prospecting tools

• Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns to target potential prospects for generating new leads and sales within assigned territory

• Grow the brand in the marketplace by presenting and promoting DRUID AI solutions with a value-selling approach

• Demonstrate a good level of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services including features, benefits, etc. that overcomes specific objections

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record as software implementation technical consultant in the IT/automation field or process engineering

Responsibilities:

• Connect with business colleagues from the Delivery Department, to understand the technical needs and challenges of each project and provide the appropriate solutions

• Coordinate with the Project Managers on the Projects / Tasks assigned

• Provide technical solutions and estimations according to the project requirements

• Implement the technical requirements resulting from the analysis process in the allocated timeframe and budget, and at DRUID high quality standards

• Identify and measure the possible technical risks in the project

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with virtualization and containerization solutions such as Kubernetes and Docker

• Expertise with Linux or UNIX administration and with bash scripting

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience with distributed computing, storage, networking design, monitoring, and administration

Other Requirements:

• Strong skills developing bash scripts to automate/diagnose/solve system administration tasks

Responsibilities:

• Develop configuration scripts, modules, and templates to automate the deployment of infrastructure, servers, databases, and applications

• Install, Configure and Deploy the system architecture components in the test, pre-production, and production environments

• 3-rd level of support after deployment and 2-nd level of support during the post deployment stabilization phase. Diagnose and resolve assigned issues, participation in the deployment team for the bugfixes or systems’ upgrade

• Participate in a mixt team for performance tuning and stress testing the systems
