What is Mersei?
Mersei lets you build your own ChatGPT-like chatbots for any knowledge base. You can then embed these chatbots in your website or internal tools. Also, you can share them with your co-workers or employees.
How is my data secured?
All your data is stored in AWS servers following the best practices on data storage, secure connections and encryption.
Can Mersei speak any language?
While our website is only available in English, you can use our chatbots in other languages as well. If you write your prompt in Spanish, you're more likely to receive a response in Spanish.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, by signing in you have access to a chatbot and 5 messages per day, then you can train it with any integration.
Does Mersei use ChatGPT?
No, we are using OpenAI's enterprise API offering, which is different from ChatGPT.
Is my data used for LLM training?
No. OpenAI will not use data submitted via their API to train or improve their models. This differs from the consumer-oriented offering ChatGPT, which is not used by Mersei.

Does your GPT provider store my data?
The data is retained for abuse and misuse monitoring purposes for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted (unless otherwise required by law).
