Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior sales, marketing, or revenue-related role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry

Other Requirements:

• Proven track record of leading and scaling revenue operations with a strong ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams

• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Deep understanding of customer relationship management and experience in creating customer-centric strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy

• Lead, manage, and recruit the sales team

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns

• Ensure a customer-centric approach across all departments

• Utilize data analytics to inform strategies, optimize sales processes, and improve customer retention rates

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field

• At least 10 years of progressive sales experience

Other Requirements:

• Experience in SaaS

• Psychology background

• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven sales track record

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Experience using CRM and other sales tools

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of consumer insights and Psytech and/or Psychometric Assessment
