Education Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate with a Degree / Diploma in Marketing

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record of 3-5 years in successful lead generation and Business Development to Enterprise clients.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise sales to the CEOs / HR Heads

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, industry trends and competitor activities.

• Create and implement effective strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms like LinkedIn, Emails, Cold Calls, social media, networking events, and referrals.

• Build and extend relationships with the CHROs / CEOs / Employee Engagement Heads of Mid to Large Eneterprises. Do timely follow-ups through emails, calls, personal visits and ensure that CRM is always updated. Create/ Collaborate with team to create compelling materials and campaigns. Draft proposals and work closely with management to create value proposition for the prospective customers to close the deals

• 0 to 1 year of experience in building scalable Web application

Responsibilities:

• Development, deployment, code reviews & testing

• Object oriented programming

• Build and deploy scalable web applications

• Develop server side components, Rest APIs

• Assume ownership for existing and new modules including design, development and unit testing for enhancements of existing modules and development of new modules. Follow coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts. Solve problems – analyze problems logically and exercise sound judgment in defining, evaluating, and solving difficult technical and operational problems where solutions may be of a precedent establishing nature. Contribute to continual improvement to design and architecture. Participate and collaborate with team in design discussions, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, suggest enhancements to architecture, implement and enhance application. Work closely with Core team to finalize requirements and perform feasibility study to implement them in application, provide schedules, and activities
