Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in an engineering role working on microservice-based solutions

Other Requirements:

• Experience in Agile delivery environments

• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure engineering principles and practices

• Hands-on programming experience – Go, experience with Rust is beneficial

• Technologies & Tools – Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub

• Azure and AWS or GCP and data processing in cloud

• Database and SQL development experience, especially PostGreSQL

• Collaborative team player with strong (written and verbal) communication skills

• Comfortable working with remote engineering teams and distributed delivery models

Responsibilities:

• Assuming direct development responsibility for developing, debugging and unit testing of product features in accordance with internal procedures and standards

• When required, diagnosing, and solving functional and performance/scalability issues

• Helping to improve technical practices towards a continuously releasable end-state, especially in terms of GitHub, CI/CD, and development processes

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields within a SaaS or tech environment.

• Proven experience working with enterprise / tier 1 customers, within financial services or FinTech.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large portfolios of customers and drive high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• French speaker - MUST

Responsibilities:

• Work with Professional Services and the client to ensure successful onboarding, working with the various stakeholders, e.g. the client’s technology, compliance & risk teams

• Post-implementation, you will develop a customer success plan with the customer, focused on driving target outcomes and value

• Provide proactive support to our clients by helping them to increase adoption, improve utilisation, and take responsibility for minimizing churn/ensure renewal

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in database administration, including relational database management.

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies, along with a solid understanding of data indexing and search optimization in Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus for database and Elasticsearch environments.

• Experience with data backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.

• Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for task automation.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Database Administration: Install, configure, and maintain relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), ensuring data availability, performance, and security.

• Elasticsearch Administration: Set up and manage Elasticsearch clusters, optimizing performance and handling indexing and query tuning to meet the needs of high-volume data applications.

• Data Security and Integrity: Implement robust security protocols and regular backup/restore procedures to safeguard data integrity across all managed systems.
