Education Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience Requirements:
3 years’ experience in a large consulting firm as a consultant or analyst
3 years in a leadership role, with team management experience
Other Requirements:
Great people skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Knowledge of current market trends and best practices
Ability to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
Proficient in identifying an organization’s core strengths and weaknesses and developing creative solutions for improvement
Advanced understanding of generative AI skills and tools
Responsibilities:
Providing daily strategy, coaching and guidance to clients through written communication on the Impro app
Conducting regular strategy calls with clients
Serving as a consultant, analyzing data and delivering insights to clients
Participating in weekly training and planning meetings
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic implementations and adjusting strategies as necessary
