Experience Requirements:
4+ years in operations or production management, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. Experience in AdTech, LegalTech, SaaS, or other technology-driven sectors is highly advantageous.
Strong project management skills with experience managing projects from ideation through execution and monitoring. Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
Proven experience managing external vendors and contractors, with a focus on optimizing performance, streamlining collaboration, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Serve as the primary contact for external contractors and vendors, including intake technology providers and operational support partners. Define and monitor performance expectations, manage contracts, and ensure vendor contributions align with Darrow’s quality and compliance standards.
Manage operations-related projects end-to-end, from initial planning and design to execution and performance analysis. Implement project management best practices and tools to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and alignment with organizational goals. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and team productivity. Prepare regular reports to update stakeholders on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend areas for continuous improvement. Develop process documentation and provide ongoing training to internal stakeholders on new processes, technology integrations, and best practices.
