Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years in operations or production management, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. Experience in AdTech, LegalTech, SaaS, or other technology-driven sectors is highly advantageous.

• Strong project management skills with experience managing projects from ideation through execution and monitoring. Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Jira and Salesforce is preferred.

• Proven experience managing external vendors and contractors, with a focus on optimizing performance, streamlining collaboration, and ensuring quality outcomes.

• Strong understanding of technology solutions and work process development, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and automation tools (Salesforce, Monday, Zapier/Make, Jira) is a plus.

• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to use data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across the plaintiff team, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and timely delivery of case support and services. Oversee process implementation and continuously refine operational workflows to minimize bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

• Define, build, and enhance business processes that support scalable operations for plaintiff lead generation, intake and onboarding. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for optimal efficiency and growth readiness.

• Work closely with legal consulting, R&D, Sales, and external vendor teams to ensure alignment with business goals and operational strategies. Leverage insights from each team to implement solutions that support overall business objectives and improve process integration.

• Serve as the primary contact for external contractors and vendors, including intake technology providers and operational support partners. Define and monitor performance expectations, manage contracts, and ensure vendor contributions align with Darrow’s quality and compliance standards.

• Manage operations-related projects end-to-end, from initial planning and design to execution and performance analysis. Implement project management best practices and tools to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and alignment with organizational goals. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, process effectiveness, and team productivity. Prepare regular reports to update stakeholders on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend areas for continuous improvement. Develop process documentation and provide ongoing training to internal stakeholders on new processes, technology integrations, and best practices. Enable teams to leverage operational improvements effectively through comprehensive guidance and support.

Education Requirements:

• A licensed lawyer with 2+ years of litigation or corporate experience in a top tier U.S. law firm (Class Action litigation experience is a big plus); Doesn’t need to be current

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in analyzing and presenting legal issues (either in litigation, academics, or other framework) to experienced lawyers

• Ability to quickly understand legal issues

• Recent experience in sales / business development / partnership management (experience in the legal technology industry is a big plus)

• Strong relationship-builder with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment, and to lead an entire project from beginning to end

Education Requirements:

• A licensed litigation lawyer with 6+ years of litigation experience in a top tier U.S. law firm.

• Active membership in good standing with the Arizona Bar and possession of a valid Arizona Law License

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in plaintiff side class actions, mass torts, and mass arbitration is a big advantage.

• Top-notch legal expertise and a passion for discussing legal cases.

• Experience handling a variety of litigation matters, including research, drafting pleadings, motion practice, and client communication.

• Proficiency in conducting legal research using online databases and resources.

• Strong relationship-builder with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Analyze legal issues, assess the strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including court filings, court appearances, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
