Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales closing experience (SaaS preferred) with a track record of overachieving against quota

Other Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communications

• Experience selling to central buying/Ops/HR/IT teams and managing partners in Procurement, Security, and Legal

• Inventive and creative problem solvers who can develop a deep understanding of customer needs and an understanding of how Rewatch - plugs into the bigger picture for them

• You take a growth approach and seek out opportunities to constantly learn and grow

• You have experience using a CRM and have shown the ability to manage your pipeline

• You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and are willing to contribute to building or refining processes that may not be in - place today

• Experience with tools like SFDC, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Docusign, etc. is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Joining Rewatch as founding Account Executive with the opportunity to make an outsized impact on customers and the broader company as early sales hires

• Prospecting, developing and signing new customers to our Rewatch platform through inbound and outbound efforts

• Drive sales revenue with new and existing customers

• Leading the full sales cycle from start to close

• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across industries

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics by securing qualified meetings with prospects that lead to viable sales opportunities

• Create, design and execute engaging outreach campaigns to target prospects with the goal of securing a sales meeting

• Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries

• Meet and exceed daily expectations of outreach via phone and email

• Share feedback across the company to surface customer feedback and ensure processes are optimized

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years experience designing web/mobile software that has shipped

Other Requirements:

• Experience/interest in working fully remote

• A generalist skillset that can be productive in both design tools and HTML/CSS

• Understanding of accessibility fundamentals, and willingness to design with accessibility in mind

• Inclination towards action + incremental improvements over perfection

• Thoughtful communication — primarily through write-ups, sketches, and prototypes

Responsibilities:

• Take customer problems + opportunities, and shape them into ideas/proposals for our roadmap

• Create scrappy prototypes (sketches/HTML/Figma/whatever) to test design ideas quickly

• Jam with other designers to shape ideas, share feedback, and review implementations

• Pair closely with engineers to collaborate on designs, technical viability, and build out

• Write production-level HTML and CSS — designers own this part of our web app
