Subscribing to a recurring credit plan gives you a set number of credits. This delivery happens based on your payment cycle. You receive all your credits for the quarter/year the day you pay. These credits get used as you use the app.
Credits are consumed in two ways– 1. Recurring Charges – Services like additional channels, users, integrations, automations are charged on a recurring basis. Every month that amount will be deducted from your account.2. One-time charges – Sending messages is a one-time charge. We charge per message, so your credits are consumed based on the number of messages you send.
When you run out of credits, you can either-1. Upgrade your recurring subscription if you think you need extra credits every billing cycle. Or2. You can top up your account, which lets you buy additional credits for a one-time fee. These cost more than recurring credits, so if you feel your usage is increasing steadily, it would be cheaper to upgrade your subscription.
Credits expire in two years on a roll over basis. So, credits which were added to your account in January, 2024 will expire in January 2026, giving you enough time to consume them.

In this system, you are only charged for what you consume. There are no arbitrary limits to what you can or cannot use. All features are available as soon as you sign up!
