Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teammates to implement and launch highly visible, user-facing features from start to finish

• Implement the diagnostics, tests and other tools to feel confident that your work is behaving correctly for our users with every checkin and as we scale

• Produce solid quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed

• Work with Python as our primary language of Gooey.AI, including Django for admin tools. We also use HTML/JS/CSS for rendering public content and hence, web skills are useful too

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful website redesign projects

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries would be an advantage

• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar

• Strong understanding of responsive web design and mobile optimization

• Keen eye for aesthetics, visual design skills, and meticulous attention to detail

• Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design improvements

• Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Respond to incoming sales leads and then pitch to potential clients

• Create leveraged, re-usable SEO assets such as case studies that entice customers to buy

• Close examine and monitor the behaviors and demographics of users who become customers and retained, long-term clients

• Create the KPI dashboards that allow you and others to make data-based sales prioritizations
