Head of AI
Education Requirements:
M.Sc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a well-known university
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of industry experience in the development and productization of deep learning algorithms
At least 3 years experience in managing a team or group of at least 5 employees, including performance evaluation, coaching, and professional development
Other Requirements:
Experience using PyTorch - Must
Experience with large-scale data
Comfortable within an unexplored territory, independent and self-motivated
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a team of AI developers to deliver high-quality projects and solutions
Providing technical guidance, expertise, and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives
Developing Designing and implementing up-to-production novel, robust and efficient deep learning algorithms in the field of computer vision
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into various products and services
Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and deep learning models and recommending innovative solutions to enhance business performance
