Responsibilities:

• Develop potential clients via phone and email, introduce the influencer marketing platform, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the Kolr platform's features, provide customers with platform trials, and assist in troubleshooting.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor with 5+ years of working experience or master/PhD with 2+ years of working experience in cyber security related fields

• Familiar with at least two of the following languages: Python, C/C++, Shell script, Go, Ruby, or Java

• Familiarity with network protocols

• Experience on performance tuning on Linux systems

• Experience on Network IDS, IPS and Network Security Monitoring engines, like Suricata, is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Build robust, fault-tolerant, low footprint sensor software running on different Linux environments

• Design and write high-quality and high-performance code in a multi-threaded/multi-process environment

• Keep improving the performance of existing sensor software to use less host resources

• Write a script to deploy the Linux sensor in the customer’s environment

• Independently analyze and resolve sensor related customer cases

Education Requirements:

• A master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Work with the data integration team to review and design data schema and normalization for integration of third-party security data

• Work with the security team to transform detection use cases and requirements to data science or machine learning problems

• Research and design efficient machine learning algorithms based on security insights and data characteristics for security detection, correlation, and investigation

• Design and implement product features for security detection, correlation, and investigation

• Create necessary processes, tools, metrics to monitor and evaluate the efficacy of detections released to Stellar Cyber’s customers
