Education Requirements:

• MS/PhD in EE

Experience Requirements:

• Strong logic design and verification background

• Possess very basic knowledge of DFT

• Skilled in Perl/tcl programming

• Proficient at Verilog HDL

• Prefer to have experience with logic simulators and debug tools (such as vcs, ncsim, verdi)

Other Requirements:

• Familiar with C/C , Makefile is a plus

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• DFT logic implementation and verification

• Maintain DFT flow and run regression

• Run DFT verification

• Pattern generation and bringup

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, major in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, process design

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry

Other Requirements:

• Good at analyzing and solving problems, have good communication and coordination skills

• Familiar with IATF1649 quality management system

• Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software

• Have a certain ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for process support, process verification and optimization and promotion of process problems in the design and development phase of PACK project

• Responsible for preparing product process documents (PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.), proficient in PACK production process and key process control points

• Provided technical support for production, formulated standard operation instructions for each process, and solved technical problems in the production process

• In-depth technical exchanges on the production site, providing guidance for key parts and processes

Education Requirements:

• Master degree or PhD degree in thermal

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in HVAC, Thermal storage and Automation and control systems

• Experience in SaaS and Algorithms using Artifical intelligence

• Experience in Project managament from presales to implementation
