Experience Requirements:
Several years of experience in selling customer service or similar systems to enterprises
Process-oriented with a strong discipline and proven track record of effectively leveraging sales methodology
Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and build pipelines and opportunities in an evangelical/frontier sales role
Experience in selling both application software products and related services in polish and foreign markets
Other Requirements:
C1 English level and knowledge of Polish language
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:
LEAD & SUPPORT SALES DEV.
Conducting introductory calls encompassing initial company and product presentations, short product live demo, live voicebot conversation, gathering customer qualification data
Demonstrating the demo on a wider client meeting, including live chat, live voice conversation and going through the details on how the bot was built, in-detail presentation of the company, going through all platform
Helping the customer to convince internally all stakeholders to start a PoC
Facilitating RFI and RFP process, responding to any requirements documents

Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
4 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related technical role
2+ years of experience building and shipping technical software products
2+ years of experience in working with external clients, contracts obligations, gathering client requirements
Experience in on-premise products
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
Other Requirements:
Technical and analytical knowledge with a can-do mindset
B2+ English level and polish language skills are required
Mid-level product Analytics and Product Discovery skills
Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Natural Language Processing, Conversational AI, Enterprise Automation Software, Customer Service Software
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
Responsibilities:
Product Delivery - acting as a Scrum PO for the Engineering team
Product Delivery & Discovery - collecting, managing, and documenting user requirements and contractual obligations in multi-stakeholder environments
Close cooperation with the sales team and project managers during platform deployment and customization process
Ensuring that customizations for customers are in line with the goals and vision of the product
