Marketing Director - US

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher – (Degree in business or MBA – preferred).
Experience Requirements:
At least **7 years’ marketing management experience** in a technology company.
Experience in a **high growth start-up environment** \-( in a healthcare field – preferred).
Excellent writing skills in English.
Other Requirements:
International experience – preferred.
A storyteller with smart copywriting skills, experience with briefing agencies and ability to provide art and creative direction.
Occasional travel is expected as part of the position.

Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, e.g. through branding, positioning and developing value proposition and messaging.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer pain-points as well as the science and technology behind the company’s offering and translate them into compelling marketing material that engages physicians and other target audience.
Create content and collateral (e.g. clinical presentations, articles, blogs, case studies and videos). Engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders from content ideation through production, execution and distribution.
Lead Ibex’s participation in clinical meetings, conferences and other events, align preparation with inbound and outbound stakeholders and own the marketing calendar.
Own the company’s online assets (website, social media etc.). Lead campaigns and promotional activities, optimize engagement with target audience and Ibex’s digital footprint.

Strong and proven track record in Sales in more than one field with specific experience at hospital CEO/management level.
Proven ability to target key accounts and management in the territory and identify market potential.
Experience in Healthcare IT and high-end solution sales.

Tremendous drive and passion with intense desire for success.
Aspirations to grow and lead a rapidly growing sales team.
Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Willing to undertake significant travel.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for maximizing revenue within the region.
Drive Senior Level visibility with frequent customer engagements.
Maintain superior relationships with senior level stakeholders.
Responsible for maintaining accurate account, opportunity and funnel data.
Strong ability to analyze won deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends and communicate winning tactics with colleagues.
