Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading product design teams, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work, strategic thinking, and end-to-end product design.

• Expertise in Figma and other design tools, including experience with design systems across multiple products.

• Experience in mobile-first design.

• Act as a multiplier by empowering your team to perform at their best while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute when necessary.

• Set and drive the design vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Vue.js 3 projects using the Composition API with HTML, CSS (TailwindCSS), and Vue 3.

• Adapt Figma designs into fully functional Vue components with precision.

• Build and optimize frontend architectures and design systems.

Other Requirements:

• The ability to write clean, optimised and modular codes for a given problem statement.

• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving and complexity analysis.

• Understanding of HTTP, REST API and Web Technology and its communication protocols.

• Hands on experience with MVC/MVT framework.

• Comfortable in writing code in Python.

• Knowledge about how things work in a RDBMS.

• Experience with Django, Flask or Node.js is definitely a plus.

• Understanding of Git CLI.

• Hobby projects or open-source contributions
