Education Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in the regulatory tech, ESG, finance, fintech, or sustainability sector.

• Deep understanding of sustainable finance, ESG investing, and related regulatory environment.

• Proven experience in serving and understanding the needs of Compliance officers, Chief financial officers and Sustainability Managers.

• Working experience with ESG frameworks and standards specifically BRSR, GRI and CDP

• Experience building and mentoring a commercial team in APAC and India.

• Startup mindset – resourceful and an attitude to get things done. A demonstrated experience of “bias to action”

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our sustainable finance data solutions across APAC including India, focusing on our key market segments: Corporates with BRSR reporting mandate, GRI signatories, Net Zero signatories, asset managers, asset owners, and VC/PE firms.

• Stay abreast of regulatory changes in the APAC, India and national jurisdictions relating to sustainable finance and ESG disclosures, with particular attention to their impact on our target market segments.

• Work cross functionally with product management and commercial teams to execute on these GTM strategies.

• Co-Own existing APAC and India customer accounts and work with Clevel on the customer side to do regular QBRs and continue to make the partnership successful.

• Co-Own and drive the P&L for APAC and India, define and own the key commercial KPIs for these regions

Experience Requirements:

• Experience – 6 months to 1 year

• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

• Experience with graphic design software like Adobe, Canva, etc.

• Basic understanding of ESG and Sustainability concepts.

• Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, marketing concepts, and principles.

• A creative and results-oriented mindset.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

• Support with marketing campaigns, including copywriting and designs.

• Assist with content creation for various marketing channels (e.g., website, blog).

• Support with event planning and execution as per schedule

• Assist with Ad Campaigns, keyword research, and ad copy creation.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.Track and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics.Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and technologies.Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Apollo, HubSpot & cold calls, to generate new sales opportunities

• Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services

• Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
