If a visitor sends "stop" or "STOP", they're unsubscribed. Otherwise, unsubscribe through Contact section > Update > Unsubscribe > Update.
Yes. Archived chats are reactivated if the visitor sends a new message.
"Updated At" is the display sort order (last conversation/change). "Created At" is when the visitor was created as a conversation.
The system uses automated messages; "Bot" indicates an automated response. Agent responses show the agent's name. "Visitor" shows messages from the lead.
Orange rows indicate messages that failed delivery due to carrier violations or cellular issues. Some violations can be reset to resend messages.
The system has escalation timeouts. If an agent is logged out, notifications are immediate. If logged in but unresponsive, notifications are sent after a few minutes.
