Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI and data science, with a focus on LLM-based applications and business intelligence

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience in building and fine-tuning LLMs for real-world applications and in extracting business insights from large datasets

• Utilize business intelligence tools and methodologies to uncover key insights from complex datasets, supporting data-driven decision-making

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into AI solutions, providing BI insights that drive strategic decisions

• Conduct data acquisition, cleaning, and exploratory analysis to support AI and BI objectives, ensuring the highest data quality

• Present complex AI and BI concepts to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate and implement advanced AI models, algorithms and tools to solve complex business problems and enhance existing solutions

• Extend existing machine learning frameworks and libraries to address unique business needs

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation, hyperparameter tuning and continuous monitoring of performance metrics

• Pre-process, clean and feature engineer large datasets

• Communicate with non-engineering stakeholders to understand their AI needs and present effective solutions and impacts clearly and concisely
