Education Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or Operations role

Other Requirements:

• Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders

• Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks

• Accuracy in data entry, report generation, and document preparation

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients

• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

• Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks

• Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software. (Zoho CRM, HubSpot)

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and MIS

Responsibilities:

• Managing marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and promotional items

• Managing social media platforms and website

• Creating social media creatives with support of AI tools

• Developing tailored presentations and content for marketing needs

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives

Experience Requirements:

• Results-driven, self-sufficient, and self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to sales excellence

• Preferably from Cybersecurity/ Privacy industry

• Strong consultative selling skills and disciplined sales process

• Proven track record of achievement against sales quota targets

• Demonstrate ability to connect with executives to engage, negotiate, and win new relationships in the market

Responsibilities:

• Business Planning: Create and execute business and account plans, focusing on solution-based selling to target enterprises to meet sales goals

• End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close to upsell

• Consultative Selling: Engage prospects in a consultative sales process around Mage Data as part of their core security infrastructure and operations

• Big Deals: Own and drive strategic sales opportunities at complex enterprise accounts, building on existing wins and sales pipeline

• Pipeline Building: Work with marketing, strategic alliances, local resellers, and your network to identify the best leads and prospects and develop and qualify your sales pipeline
