Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of freight forwarding experience

• Experience in quoting Air/Ocean/Land

• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipments cycle management

• Experience with interacting with agents abroad, rate management

• Technology orientation

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, vlookup / xlookups)

• 2-3 years in a SAAS startup company in a customer-facing role

• Previous data analysis experience

Responsibilities:

• Help customers succeed and provide support both on the technical level and on the business side

• Onboarding new customers to be able to use our platform

• Building and teaching technical courses on the platform

• Deliver excellent support to customers, understand their needs, and ensure their success

• Serve as the main point of contact while acting as a liaison between clients and the rest of the Wisor.ai team

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role in a global environment

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) as well as Hebrew

• Ability to thrive in a global environment and work both independently and collaboratively

• Can do attitude, proactiveness in order to improve things

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office functions, providing proactive support to team members across departments

• Ensure the office is organized and presentable, oversee supplies and inventory, and coordinate with external vendors for optimal efficiency

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules for the CEO & other management members according to business needs (internal & external meetings)

• Keep meticulous records of office expenses, budget allocations, and financial transactions

• Assist in preparing reports, creating purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, and managing the office budget

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within startup environments

Other Requirements:

• Proven track record in understanding complex industries, defining user stories, and contributing to product strategy

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Support, and developers)

• Ability to deeply comprehend user needs and translate them into precise system flows and user stories

• Adaptability

• High proficiency in English
