Experience Requirements:
2+ years of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
Experience with modern sales tech stack and automation tools
Previous experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
Other Requirements:
Strong operational mindset with demonstrated ability to build and optimize tools and processes
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Data-driven decision making approach
Self guided and thrive in ambiguity
Responsibilities:
Design and implement operational systems and processes to optimize our outbound program efficiency
Create and maintain scalable workflows across our tech stack (Unify, Clay, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, 6sense)
Be quota carrying; co-own pipeline creation with the Head of Revenue Marketing
Upon success of the above, build and manage a team of BDRs as pipeline goals increase
