How long does it take to set up a ticketbro shop?
In less than 5 minutes, you are going to be able to set your first booking system. In case you want to personalize your tickets or make special demands, it can take a bit longer. But don't worry, our support team is here to help you.
How can I see my sales figures?
You can see your sales figures by simply clicking the dashboard button. At the dashboard, you are going to be able to see widgets like your total revenue, total orders number, amount of tickets...
Is the support included?
During normal working hours (Mo-Fr from 09 am-06 pm), our support team will be available to help you. We do not charge you any additional fees for this

You can become our customer by contacting us using our phone number or email address or by simply clicking "get started" button at the right corner of our page.
Can I create different types of tickets?
In just a few easy steps, you can create different types of tickets. No matter if you’re offering only day-passes or tickets for several days. Both options are easy to create within the ticketbro app. Furthermore you’re able to create flexible tickets based on specific time intervals. Last but not least you can also create very specific tickets for events, groups, parties or birthdays. You can also personalize tickets without any additional charge by choosing your own colors, logos and photos.
Are there any costs for setting up ticketbro?
There is no additional costs for setting up a tickebro. If you need help with setting up your ticketbro software, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
How do I get money from ticketbro?
After your consumer has purchased a ticket, the money will go directly to your ticketbro wallet. So basically you’re always having full control and access to your earned money and you can initiate a payout to your bank account at any time. There’s no limit for payout and starting from 5€ on, you can transfer your money to your own bank account. However, this can usually take up to 2-3 days, depending on your bank. But nowadays most banks are offering instant money transfer options, so that you’re recieving your money almost instant.
How long is the minimum contract period if I choose ticketbro?
By ticketbro there is no such a thing as "minimum contract". You can always decide not to use our services in case you don't need them anymore.
How many administrators can I create in ticketbro?
While using ticketbro you can have many administrators as you wish. You can also set different access rights to administrators. Furthermore you can also added almost unlimited employees by creating an account for them with the user role “employee”, We are not paying any additional fees for this service.
How much is the fee for using ticketbro?
Fairness and transparency are extremely important for ticketbro. This is also reflected in the pricing system. There is a ticketbro fee of 8%, which includes all costs (booking, payment, etc.). There are no other hidden costs! This fee can be passed on 100% to the client or distributed proportionally.
