Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist / Manager or in a customer-facing role at a software company, preferably in the B2B SaaS space - Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and accountability for ensuring customer retention and growth, customer satisfaction and contract renewals within the assigned customer portfolio

• Partner with AE's to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an collaborative role on the account team and helping to drive incremental opportunities upon contract renewal.

• Uncover and know any risk that threatens your customer's growth, satisfaction, or renewal; conceive and execute mitigation plans for all risks

• Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including, but not limited to, Account Management, Enablement, Onboarding, Adoption.

• Drive financial and strategic targets for minimizing churn, positioning favorable terms and boosting incremental revenue via up-sells, cross-sells and add-ons

Responsibilities:

• As the Implementation & Onboarding Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales closure to the customers seeing success on the platform.

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Define scope of onboarding, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with clients.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and expectations.

• Work closely with internal teams, including Product development, Pre-sales, and Support, to ensure coordinated efforts in meeting client needs while serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of industry experience as a Front-end engineer.

• 5+ years of full-time hands on experience as software developer working on modern frontend frameworks like ReactJS.

• It is a bonus if you do have skills surrounding Docker, Node, NEXT JS, Java (Spring Boot), GraphQL, JEST, CI/CD workflow.

• Problem-solving attitude.
