What is a credit?
A credit is how we measure usage. For Trust Center, granting access to a customer interacting with gated content counts as one. For Questionnaire Automation, processing a questionnaire counts as one. Questionnaire customers also get Trust Center access at no extra cost. Trust Center credits are only used for customers interacting with gated content. Questionnaire credits are only used for questionnaires processed through the software.
How is usage measured?
For annual subscriptions, we measure credit usage annually. We compare used credits with included credits purchased. Unused credits roll over.
Do I need a Trust Center credit for a domain I use a Questionnaire credit for?
No, customers using a Questionnaire Credit also access Trust Center content at no extra cost.
How can I add more credits?
Yes, you can add credits in minimum increments of 5. Contact sales@conveyor.com.
What happens if I go over my credits?
For annual subscribers, Conveyor charges based on purchased credits. You can add more credits anytime at your contracted or better rate. If credits exceed usage, you'll be charged for Flex Usage.
What is your policy regarding sales tax?
We collect sales tax where applicable by state law, as stated in our Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement.
Do you allow sales tax exemption?
We allow sales tax exemption if you provide a valid tax exemption certificate from the appropriate state tax authority.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept payments by credit card and wire transfer.
