Responsibilities:

• Drive the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with a focus on key target markets such as defense, mining, construction, and commercial transit.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion or collaboration.

• Develop and execute innovative business strategies that leverage BlueSpace.ai's unique value proposition and market position to drive revenue growth and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.Negotiate and structure strategic partnership agreements that optimize value creation for both BlueSpace.ai and its partners.Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the deep tech industry to inform and adapt business development strategies.Represent BlueSpace.ai at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s brand, products, and services

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner management matters, ensuring timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with key partners, customer stakeholders, and executive leadership by providing strategic guidance, insights, and support.

• Oversee and implement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Manage and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and regularly communicate these opportunities to the executive team to support strategic decisions.Forecast and track key account metrics, such as revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction.Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in hardware design for electronic systems, preferably in the GNSS, robotics, or autonomous vehicle industries.

• Strong knowledge of off-the-shelf components and materials used in electronic hardware.

• Experience in vendor selection, negotiation, and supervision.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing hardware solutions.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for electronic hardware.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and project management skills

Other Requirements:

• Experience with hardware solutions for rugged and harsh environments.

• Knowledge of thermal management and EMI/EMC considerations in hardware design

Responsibilities:

• Design/develop custom hardware enclosure solutions for electronic systems used in autonomous vehicles.

• Utilize off-the-shelf components to create efficient and cost-effective hardware designs.

• Identify and select suitable vendors for sourcing components and materials.

• Oversee and supervise vendor activities to ensure quality and timely delivery of components.

• Ensure hardware designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Perform testing and validation of hardware solutions to ensure durability and performance in rugged environments.Conduct failure analysis and implement improvements to enhance hardware reliability.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and technical drawings.Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware materials and technologies
