Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in product management role

• Experience in B2B SaaS industry preferred

Other Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the product life cycle, UI/UX design, and customer journey mapping

• Experience in tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, escalated, reported on, and resolved

• Follow up on queries and ensure that the issues are resolved

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the candidate support workflow

• Assist Operations Analysts in documentation tasks
