Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MLS, or LLM) preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Proven in enterprise risk management and client engagement

Other Requirements:

• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; self-supervised in the field

• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like ISO/IEC 42001:2023 and NIST’s AI Risk Management Framework

Responsibilities:

• Define assessment requirements for internal and third-party AI systems with clients and partners.

• Document business inputs for AI model validation, data governance, risk assessment, and compliance.

• Coordinate with data science and engineering teams to profile AI models.

• Stay updated on AI regulations, ethics, and compliance standards.

• Represent LatticeFlow in workshops and training on AI compliance and risk management.

Experience Requirements:

• Solid theoretical and practical background in machine learning and computer science

• Experience in training/fine-tuning language models

• Ability to write clean and maintainable code

• Ability to read and understand the latest research and excitement to implement it and try it out

Other Requirements:

• Experience in presenting technical content to technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with industry applications of LLMs

• Strong motivation, drive, and a desire to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Understand and work with the state-of-the-art LLM and SLM models.

• Follow the latest research (e.g., ACL, ICML, etc.) on topics related to reliability, safety and evaluation.

• Maintain and extend our open source tool evaluate LLM models on EU AI Act.

• Work together with the product team to scope and deliver new product features.
