Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce or a related business field

Experience Requirements:

• Preferably have at least 1-2 year of relevant work experience to e-commerce business

Other Requirements:

• Must be a native of the Philippines

• Adhere to the company’s Off/Leave policy

• Commit to an 8-hour workday, with fixed hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM SG time

• Be able to work at the client’s workplace (BGC Taguig)

• College Graduate

• Demonstrate excellent spoken and written fluency in English

• Can provide English proficiency certificate

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the company’s market competitiveness by strategically sourcing and comparing products from various channels

• Engage in negotiations with suppliers

• Market Analysis monitor market trends and identify opportunities to source low-cost products that align with the company’s quality standards

Education Requirements:

• College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role (e.g.,team leader or supervisor)

Other Requirements:

• Above average communication skills

• Preferred: Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks

• Amenable to work on shifting schedule

• Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus, Cavite

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the team for annotation project

• Proven ability to coach team members and enhance their performance

• Strong team-building skills and the ability to manage staff turnover effectively

• Experience to monitor and report on team performance and KPIs

• Proficiency settlement processing and other administrative tasks

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• English B1 Level

• Better with PMP certificate

Experience Requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 3 years is required

• Proficient in written and oral communication skills in both English and Filipino

• A team player and enjoys working with other people

• Experienced in interacting with clients of different nationalities

• Can easily adapt to change

• Objective when it comes to tasks and makes sure that all goals are met upon completion

• Willing to work overtime if the situation is called for

• Can multitask and work even under pressure

• Always aims for the improvement of self as well as work

• Experience in content moderation management or text or image annotation management experience, with 500+ team management experience
