Sales Executive - Gaming Partnerships (3D Animation & Motion Capture)
Meshcapade is a platform leveraging AI to build digital humans that act and interact in 3D, offering motion capture, body shape generation, and more. Their core technology powers 3D human understanding in academia and industry.
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development within the gaming industry, especially in SaaS, 3D technology, animation, or motion capture solutions.
Proven experience working with or selling to gaming publishers, platforms or studios like Activision, Riot Games, Ubisoft, or smaller indie studios.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with the gaming development cycle and tools used (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, or motion capture systems).
Demonstrated success in closing six-figure or higher deals and managing complex sales cycles with large gaming companies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels.
Hands-on, results-oriented approach, with an ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
Responsibilities:
Engage and Expand Accounts: Actively engage with and nurture relationships with top gaming companies, converting existing small trial engagements into substantial partnerships.
Drive Sales and Growth: Run Proof of Concepts (PoCs), strategize, and close high-value deals to meet aggressive sales targets. You'll be expected to work hands-on and persistently with clients until goals are met.
Build Client Relationships: Work closely with clients’ decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, educate them on our 3D animation capabilities, and build rapport to secure long-term partnerships.
