Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer

• Full proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Kafka, with a proven track record of working with micro-services architecture and streaming solutions

• Proficiency in AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics

• Strong experience in designing and constructing ETL processes for data transformation and integration – advantage

• Demonstrated ability to challenge decisions and work independently

Other Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Familiarity with Python and NodeJS (a plus)

• Experience with GenAI tools – a must

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of efficient and scalable data pipelines, facilitating data collection, processing, and transformation from diverse sources

• Implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka, ensuring timely data ingestion and availability

• Utilize Java, including Spring Boot, to build robust and high-performance data processing services within our data platform

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements, identify opportunities for data optimization, and support data-driven initiatives

• Uphold data integrity, reliability, and availability by implementing effective ETL processes and conducting data quality checks

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere (Figma knowledge is a plus)

• High level of written and spoken English

• A fast learner who is eager to make an impact

• A team player with a collaborative mindset, but also able to work independently

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer\technical support in SaaS companies

• Experience working with product and R&D teams

• Experience working with Customer supporting systems such as SalesForce, FreshDesk and JIRA

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

Other Requirements:

• Data analysis – good technical understanding and experience with Data analysis and investigation tools, REST API, GraphQL, SQL, Postgres, Rockset and Mongo

• Understanding/Experiences in scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript and TypeScript

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, motivation to learn new skills and technologies, good time-management skills

• Availability to work on Friday a few times per month

• Fluent written and spoken English, Hebrew, additional languages an advantage

• Escalate, investigate, and resolve Tier 1\2 level customer queries

• Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers’ problems
