Experience Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Lead design initiatives across a broad spectrum of product features, from concept through to launch, in close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

• Create pixel-perfect, user-centered designs for web and mobile that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.

• Conduct and implement UX processes such as user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, and feedback loops.

• Develop and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data-driven insights to optimize the user experience.

• Collaborate regularly with team members in design reviews, working together to refine and enhance our design language and product quality.
