Education Requirements:
PhD strongly preferred
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated ML expertise, in researching, training, deploying, and optimizing LLMs and other models/techniques for knowledge-intensive tasks.
Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries/techniques.
Proven track record of working with LLMs and neural information retrieval.
Independence, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
Passion for solving challenging problems

Research and propose cutting-edge neural solutions that solve real-world problems
Train, deploy, and evaluate LLMs at scale
Design and implement evaluation pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency
