Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering)

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience with software product support is a plus.

• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python and/or R) for modelling, automated reporting and data visualization is a plus.

• Experience with database query languages like SQL is a plus.

• Additional language skills in Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding of new customers

• Continuously monitor client status to ensure issue-free usage of the products

• Understand business challenges and cases, directly solve problems or translate them into internal mechanisms to resolve problems

• Be proactive in identifying issues and cases on behalf of clients to maximize the value they get out of our products

• Advocate client requirements among internal teams and support internal product development lifecycle

Education Requirements:

• 3rd and 4th-year students, and Master’s students in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related fields.

• Students who can dedicate 3-4 days a week to gaining hands-on experience.

• Students with strong English skills and a passion for teamwork
