Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Finance Committee and Board Treasurer

• Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping

• Provide financial statements and reports

• Manage payroll, benefits, personnel records and all aspects of HR

• Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors

• Develop strong adult youth worker and young adult training curricula

• Coordinate all logistics aspects of trainings

• Deliver training programs

• Develop, implement and analyze an evaluation system
