Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial engineering, Economics, etc.) - an advantage

Experience Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Deep interest and understanding of digital advertising, and the CTV ecosystem

• Experience in programmatic ad monetization ecosystem including SSP/DSP platforms and ad servers an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for planning and managing programmatic campaigns, display and video on CTV and mobile, including tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may negatively impact performance, and adjusting as necessary

• Optimizing campaigns performance and profitability by analyzing different monetization channels, user behavior, and engagement

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform monetization strategy

• Monitor and track CTV apps monetization performance, analyzing data and use insights to improve results on our inventory Explore new revenue streams and opportunities

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as a product manager / data analyst / developer or similar positions

• Previous Experience in OTT /Streaming / Ad Tech / Gaming

• Familiarity with UI/UX design

• Experience with SQL and DB special Google Bigquery

• Familiarity with Programmatic basics and relevant industry trends (expert level knowledge not required)-Advantage.

• Knowledge Excel Ad Networks; knowledge of Header Bidding/Wrapper and various ad Formats/Ad Platforms - Advantage

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will need an understanding in OTT and Streaming, Programmatic Advertising, Integrations (reading API specs), Data, testing, troubleshooting, and more

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience with selling technology/content / services in one or more of the following: -Broadcast TV ecosystem -Streaming TV ecosystem

• A strong understanding of technology, including broadcast and digital video workflows

• Passion, self-drive and an entrepreneurial attitude

• You have extensive experience navigating complex organizations and closing sales

• Great communication skills customers love you
