Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing computer vision solutions, with specific expertise in GStreamer for pipeline optimization

Other Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, experience in developing, training, and deploying models

• Proficient in Python, C/C++, and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, OpenCV, TensorFlow) and highly experienced with GStreamer, CUDA, and TensorRT

• Skilled in integrating various hardware platforms, including cameras, LiDAR, and other sensors, with GStreamer

• Familiar with Linux (Ubuntu) and other operating systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand objectives, then design AI-driven machine learning and computer vision solutions to address their needs

• Develop and optimize computer vision architectures with a focus on GStreamer-based pipelines for enhanced video and data processing efficiency

• Collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals and effectively present solution designs and technical benefits to clients

• Oversee the implementation process, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with solution designs and project goals

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of legal experience, including in corporate law, M&A, and funding rounds

Other Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced, international scale-up or deep-tech environment, with a track record of building or professionalizing a legal function

• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing high-value commercial contracts

• Knowledge of hardware and/or the semiconductor market is a significant advantage

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
