Education Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong preference for experience in disaster management, emergency response, technology, or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving growth in a similar role

• Strong understanding of the German market and familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to disaster management and emergency response

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to foster strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and clients

• Proficiency in German and English is required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for expanding Mayday.ai’s footprint in Germany

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company standards

• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, first responders, and industry partners

• Drive revenue growth through identifying and pursuing business development opportunities

• Collaborate with the executive team to align German operations with overall company strategy
