Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years as an RPA Business Analyst in global or large organisation.

• Expertise in tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or MS Power Platform.

• Deep understanding of business operations and processes for automation.

• Fluent in German and English (C1+).

• Authorised to work in Germany without sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in identifying, analysing, and optimising business processes for automation.

• Prepare Process Definition Documentation (PDD) and collaborate with developers to design, test, and deliver flawless automated solutions.

• Work across RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-focused projects, driving transformational change.

• Ensure solutions meet internal client requirements and maintain the highest quality standards.
