Education Requirements:

• MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• MS (with 5+ years of relevant experience) or PhD (with 2+ years) in mechanical, electrical, aerospace engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field

• BS, MS, or PhD in Software, Robotics, or related field

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of program management experience

• Proven track record of building and executing complex programs

• Software design and development experience in Python and C++

• Experience in 3D computer vision

• Proficient in C/C++

• Experience with multi-modal detection fusion and tracking algorithms

• Strong understanding of computer vision and perception systems

• Strong understanding of sensing with cameras, radars and lidars

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• 7-10 years of experience building data-driven, fault-tolerant systems

• Proven record of delivering a DL based system

• Extensive experience designing and building modern planning systems a big plus

• Passionate about writing amazing, robust, safety-critical, efficient C++ and Python

• 4+ years of machine learning engineering experience for robotics applications

• Experience developing high-quality software from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

• Expertise with Python, willingness to do some C++ development as needed.

• Experience training with modern frameworks (e.g. PyTorch)

• Hands-on familiarity with cloud data ingestion pipelines

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Proficient in C/C++

• Experience with AI inference computing optimization, quantization, model pruning techniques

• Experience with one or more of GPU/TPU/CPU/ML accelerators

• Experience with one or more of Machine Learning Compiler e.g. Tensorrt, TVM, XLA, Glow, or MLIR

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage ongoing programs with key customers, Tier 1s, and OEMs.

• Gather and integrate project performance and progress information.

• Prepare detailed status reports which include: latest accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, project metrics, and risk analysis.

• Develop processes and procedures to improve functions within Operations.

• Prepare and update detailed project plans, deliverable timelines, KPIs and milestones.
