Clinical Administrative Coordinator

Education Requirements:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Experience Requirements:
6+ months of experience with scheduling in healthcare, medical office
Experience with computers including Windows-based programs and Microsoft Office products
Other Requirements:
Able to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
18 years of age or older
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including reminder calls
Coordinate with external groups/physicians/hospitals to set up and confirm scheduling for procedures
Patient check-in duties including insurance verification, payment collection, etc.
Provide patients with direction on applicable pre- and post-operative preps
Coordinate pre-authorization with the clinic and accurately input procedure codes for billing purposes

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience Requirements:
5 or more years of leadership and management experience in imaging services
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets
Other Requirements:
Hold active credentials in at least one imaging modality (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent)
Willingness to travel 25%-50% to other clinics as needed for site support and team management
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a hybrid team of technologists and administrative staff to deliver high quality imaging services and exceptional patient care
Drive operational excellence across multiple clinic sites
Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one imaging modality
Manage accreditation processes
Build strong relationships with clinic leadership and staff to foster collaboration and ensure seamless integration of imaging services
