FAQs
Do I need a website to sign up?
No, you don’t need a website to sign up. You can enter all of your business details during the sign up process. We recommend you include as much information as possible in order to generate the best posts.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can. Please be sure to cancel before the next billing cycle. Subscriptions will be valid until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly, or yearly).
Is there a posting limit?
This will depend on what plan you have. * Free Tiered Users: 10 posts per month * Starter Plans: 100 posts per month * Premium Plans: Unlimited posts However, the following fair-usage policy applies: Max posts per 24 hour period: * Facebook: 50 * Instagram: 50 * LinkedIn Personal: 25 * LinkedIn Organization: 20 * X: 15

Can I use my own pictures?
Yes, of course. You can upload your own photos using the editor.
Do you have a free option?
Yes, we do. Free accounts have access to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You are limited to 10 posts per month.
Can I use my own company colours for the posts?
Of course! You can customise the color palette for all generated posts.
Do you have analytics?
Not yet, however we will be adding this feature in the near future. Stay tuned!
Can I edit the generated posts?
Yes, you can. All posts are fully customisable. You can change the colors, images, fonts, text, and orientation. You can also create your own posts if you’re feeling creative!
Can I post the same thing across multiple platforms?
Yes! Each post can be published across all of your platforms, at whatever time you chose. Each platform can be scheduled to post at different times as well. For example, one post can be published to Instagram at 10am, Facebook at 12pm and LinkedIn at 3pm.
What are AI Credits?
An AI Credit can be used to generate: • 4 Feed Posts • 5 Story Posts • 1 Story Series (includes up to 6 slides) • 1 Deep Dive Long Format Post
Can I create my own posts?
Of course you can! You can create from scratch or edit one of our pre-existing templates.
Can I create posts in other languages than English?
Yes, you can. You’ll just need to make sure that you update your preferred language in the settings. You’ll also need to make sure that the font used in the templates supports your language, especially if using non-Latin characters. You can set a default brand font for your posts to solve this issue.
